Where do 50% of the profits from Duet Pinky Ring sales go?

50% of profits from all Duet Pinky Ring sales go to Shiffon’s non-profit arm, The Startup Girl Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that makes seed investments  in budding entrepreneurs across the globe. The fund not only provides investment but also true mentorship through its extensive network to ensure the success of its portfolio companies. So far, we have funded more than 10 companies.

Do you sell other products besides the Duet Pinky Ring?

The Duet Pinky Ring is our hero product, because we want this ring to become a universal symbol that every person wears. For certain special occasions, we do purpose-driven partnerships and collaborations in which we may offer additional limited-edition products. 

Where is your jewelry produced?

All of our jewelry is produced in the United States. We use recycled metals and ethically sourced stones.

What size is the Duet Pinky Ring?

The Duet Pinky Ring is very easily adjustable between sizes 3 - 6.5. If taken to a local jeweler, it can also be sized to be even smaller or larger than that range.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email containing your package shipment information and a link to track the package.

Can I shower with my Shiffon jewelry?

Wearing the ring while showering & washing hands is fine in moderation. Silver does expand in heat, so wearing it too often while taking hot showers may loosen the stone setting, so we advise that customers be careful of that. 

How do I care for and maintain my Shiffon jewelry?

These wipes available on Amazon are great for making sure your ring stays shiny. You just need half a wipe for each cleaning.

Silver jewelry should be worn often as the oils in your skin prevent tarnishing! When you are not wearing your silver jewelry, use an airtight bag and if you can, put in a piece of chalk or a silica gel to help prevent tarnishing while in storage.

USPS says my package has been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

In our experience, the post office sometimes holds these packages if unable to deliver for any reason, and the email may have been sent in error. We have sometimes found that packages also get marked as delivered prematurely and we recommend waiting 2-3 more days to see if your package has arrived. If not, please check with your local post office and if they don't have it, please email hello@shiffonco.com and one of our team members can call USPS.

What happens if my ring gets damaged and needs to be repaired?

If you would like us to repair your ring for you, please email hello@shiffonco.com and someone from our team will provide you with a shipping address to send the damaged ring to. After 30 days from purchase, we charge a $22 shipping and handling fee to cover costs, as the ring will need to be taken to a jeweler for repair.
